Contract Product Lead: Web and App

Hybrid (1 to 2 days a week on site, North West London/Hertfordshire) | £600p/d outside IR35

A well-known UK healthcare services brand is looking for a hands‑on product leader to own its digital experience. The business is private equity backed, has hundreds of sites across the country and serves millions of customers. It’s now investing heavily in technology. This is a chance to set up the product function from the start and shape how customers find, book and interact with the brand online.

The opportunity

The business is rebuilding its website, launching a new mobile app and joining up its customer communications. On the roadmap:

• online booking and payments
• self-serve advice content
• virtual appointments
• a more joined‑up CRM across email and SMS

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record of leading both web and app products end to end
• Someone who’s comfortable setting strategy and just as happy writing tickets
• Strong stakeholder skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence at senior level
• Energy and momentum, and a “let’s find a way” attitude in a fast-moving environment
• Experience bringing product thinking into a less mature organisation is a big plus
