Perinatal Mental Health Team Lead – Community Care

SWLSTG is seeking a dynamic Team Manager to join the Perinatal Service at Springfield University Hospital, London, on a 9-month secondment. You will provide operational and clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary community-based perinatal team.

The role focuses on safe, compassionate care, governance, supervision, and development, working with maternity services, health visiting, social care and voluntary sector partners.
