Remote Prosecutions Lawyer (Locum) – Local Government

Sellick Partnership is seeking a Prosecutions Lawyer on a locum basis with remote working and occasional court appearances. The role requires experience in Local Government prosecutions and handling criminal matters across education prosecutions, trading standards, and blue badge cases.

The successful candidate must be a Solicitor or Barrister with a current practising certificate and be able to work independently in a flexible, remote setting with courtroom attendance as needed.
