Senior Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager who loves building strong client relationships and working on exciting consumer FMCG brands?

We’re working with a growing global agency that’s looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its team, working across a portfolio of well-known FMCG food brands.

You’ll be at the heart of the client relationship, working across branding and packaging, while helping to deliver projects, manage budgets and ensure internal teams are coordinated.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage projects from brief through to final delivery
• Successfully manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Build project plans, timelines and workflows
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to brief
• Lead project status meetings and communicate progress clearly
• Maintain project documentation, trackers and reporting
• Support process improvements across the team
• Support your Account team on a daily basis with admin related tasks

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a branding, packaging or design agency
• Good commercial awareness and financial management skills
• A solid understanding of branding, packaging and the creative process
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confident stakeholder management and a proactive approach
• Someone collaborative, organised and solutions-focused
• Ideally, an interest in FMCG, food, snacking or consumer brands
