A well-regarded regional firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer (1-10 PQE) to join its established Fareham office.
This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied residential caseload within a supportive and well-structured team, with strong administrative backing and regular salary reviews linked to performance.
The Role
You will manage a broad caseload including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including new build and shared ownership)
Re-mortgages
Transfers of equity
Lease extensions (voluntary and statutory)
Equity releases
About You
1-10 PQE (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer)
Confident running files independently from instruction to completion
Strong client care and communication skills
Organised and commercially aware
