Job Description:
Taylor Root is assisting a fast-growing defence/aerospace technology organisation in London/Cambridge to hire an experienced Commercial Paralegal on an initial 3-month interim basis. The role focuses on reviewing, drafting and negotiating customer and supplier contracts and NDAs, and helping shape scalable legal playbooks.
You will work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, developing templates and liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers as the legal function grows.
