Senior Employment Solicitor — Hybrid Belfast

Hunter Savage is seeking an experienced employment solicitor in Belfast to support growth in the practice. The role combines hybrid work with in-person collaboration with clients and colleagues. You will advise employers across contentious and non-contentious matters, manage disputes, and contribute to business development.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of PQE in employment law, strong commercial judgment, and excellent communication skills, with Northern Ireland experience highly valued.
