Rentokil Initial is seeking a UK-qualified lawyer with 2–4 years PQE to assist the Senior Legal Counsel on transaction workflows and commercial matters. You will help with due diligence, reviewing reports, populating risk findings, negotiating NDAs, and coordinating with external counsel to streamline deal execution.
You will work with the UK and international legal teams on M&A and commercial projects, develop templates, manage legal intake, and monitor regulatory developments.
