Yolk Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 6-month contract in South Wales. The role focuses on delivering capital projects up to £2m, leading a team of Project Coordinators, and ensuring scope, procurement, construction, delivery and commissioning stay on track.
The ideal candidate will have NEC contracts knowledge, CDM and Health & Safety compliance experience, and strong commercial awareness with excellent stakeholder management. Welsh language skills are desirable.
