Development Director: Lead Major Gifts & Growth

DisabilityArtsOnline Limited is seeking an exceptional Development Director to lead on the delivery of our income generation strategy and supporter engagement. The role includes planning a 30th anniversary campaign in 2028 to secure future growth and impact for the charity’s work.

You will identify, cultivate and secure high-value donors and funders, and oversee a small team including a Head of Development and two additional colleagues.
