Head of Local Link: Resident Services Leader

Southern Housing is seeking a Head of Local Link to lead resident-focused housing services across a region. You will guide neighbourhood management, home ownership and independent living, ensuring high-quality support throughout residents’ journeys.

You’ll oversee teams, drive delivery of the Local Link model, manage budgets, build relationships with local authorities and stakeholders, and use feedback and performance data to improve outcomes.
