Finance Analyst – Staff Costs & FP&A (Hybrid)

Zoopla is seeking a dynamic Finance Analyst to own the end-to-end management of staff costs and support the commercial finance function. You will model headcount, salaries, bonuses, and benefits, partnering with HR and leadership to drive informed decisions.

In this hybrid London role, you’ll work three days at the Tower Bridge office and two days remotely, contributing to KPI reporting, forecasting, and automation initiatives across capitalised labour and payroll processes.
