A highly-regarded South West law firm is seeking a 5+ PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established team in Bath.

With a strong regional presence and an established client base, this is an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to take on a varied caseload within a supportive and growing team, with genuine scope to develop their own client relationships and play a role in the continued growth of the department.

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE and strong experience across Commercial Property
• Experienced across a broad range of matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, development and property finance
• Comfortable managing your own caseload and client relationships with a high degree of autonomy
• Commercially minded, with an interest in developing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities
