HEAD CHEF – HIGH-VOLUME FRESH FOOD VENUE

We’re looking for a strong, hands‑on Head Chef to take the lead at a unique and growing independent venue in East London.

This is a serious volume operation, so you must have experience running a fresh‑food kitchen at £70k+ food sales (300 covers plus a day) and be comfortable delivering quality at pace.
