Job Description:
Jobs4 is a specialised real estate investment business seeking an Associate to take ownership of UK development finance transactions from £2m to £25m, focusing on senior and mezzanine lending. You’ll analyse, structure and execute deals while building relationships with borrowers and funding partners.
You will build financial models, run sensitivity analyses and work through underwriting, due diligence and credit committee processes as part of a collaborative team.
