ROLE:

Housing Disrepair Lawyer

LOCATION:

Harlow, Essex (3 days per week in the office)

RATE:

£55ph Umbrella / £48.17ph PAYE inc. holiday pay / £42.99ph PAYE exc. holiday pay

CONTRACT:

3-month contract with possible extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of housing disrepair claims.
• Provide legal advice to officers and senior stakeholders.
• Draft pleadings, agreements and other legal documentation.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor/Barrister with strong housing disrepair experience.
• Local authority experience desirable.
• Confident handling litigation, advocacy and a busy caseload.
