Sales Director: Own Growth Strategy & Board Autonomy

UBT in St Albans is seeking an ambitious Sales Director to own and scale the sales function, driving revenue, building high-performing teams and delivering a scalable commercial strategy. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will shape the sales engine and influence business growth.

You will lead forecasting, pipeline management and cross-functional collaboration to unlock major opportunities. Office attendance is required daily, this is not a field-based role.
