Berry Recruitment is seeking a Hire Manager in Bury St Edmunds to drive the Hire Desk and Transport function. You will lead, motivate and develop a team of Coordinators and Drivers, ensuring safe, efficient, customer-focused operations while growing revenue and maintaining compliance.
Your role includes staffing, workload planning, coaching, stock control and driving performance to meet customers’ timescales. The position is permanent and carries a Monday–Friday schedule.
