London Maintenance Help Desk Coordinator

GM Recruitment is seeking a diligent Help Desk Administrator Maintenance in London to support the Contracts Managers and Maintenance team. You will log, allocate and track reactive maintenance jobs, coordinate engineers and contractors, and ensure proactive communication with clients.

The role requires at least 2 years in an administrative setting, strong literacy and numeracy, and excellent organisational skills. A proactive, reliable approach and good IT/CAFM proficiency are essential.
