NHS Trust in the West Midlands is recruiting a Senior Commercial Manager to lead all commercial activities on a major Healthcare PFI contract. You will drive profitability, cost control and change management across a complex acute healthcare environment.
You will oversee lifecycle programmes, negotiate variations and service amendments, provide governance to senior stakeholders, and develop the commercial team while ensuring compliance with PFI payment mechanisms. MRICS/MCIOB desirable.
