Director of Early Years — Regional Leader & CPD Innovator

Co-op Academies Trust seeks a Director of Early Years to lead, innovate, and raise standards across primary academies. Based mainly in South Cumbria (Barrow region), with occasional travel to Manchester for monthly collaboration and work at other schools in the Trust as needed.

You will join a Directorate with two other Directors of Early Years, leveraging shared expertise, high-quality resources, and a collaborative network to drive systemic change in early years education.
