Strategic HR Leader – Multi-Site Hospitality

Henderson Brown, a fast-paced hospitality group, seeks an experienced HR leader to shape and deliver the people agenda across a nationwide bars estate. Reporting to the International HR Director, you will lead and develop HR Operations & Training Partners while partnering with senior operational stakeholders.

The role blends hands-on HR delivery with strategic leadership, including succession planning, performance management and learning & organisational development.
