Gearset Limited is seeking a CSM Manager to lead the Strategic and Executive CSMs responsible for our largest customers. You will own NRR across the segment, build and coach a distributed team, and work with Account Management to identify risks and growth opportunities.
You will foster a proactive enterprise CS model, use data and playbooks to drive consistent results, and stay close to key accounts with senior stakeholder engagement. Hybrid role with Cambridge office.
