Company Shop Group, part of Biffa, is seeking a Divisional Head of Health & Safety to lead the H&S strategy across the division. You will report to the Divisional Managing Director and Group Director of Health & Safety, influencing decisions and embedding a strong safety culture.
The role requires 8–10 years of HS&E leadership within a large, complex organisation, with a strong track record of delivering improvement strategies and driving cross-functional collaboration.
