Rail Control Room Lead – Shift-Based

Hitachi Rail in Swindon is seeking a Senior Maintainer Control Room Manager to oversee the control room operations, ensuring trains are maintained, serviced and cleaned to the highest standards. This role covers days, nights and weekend shifts and requires strong leadership and operational knowledge to keep passengers moving.

You will manage fleet planning, coordinate maintenance partners and use SAP MM systems to drive reliability and on-time performance.
