Workday HRIS Manager — Shape Roadmaps & Data Quality

Frontier Economics seeks an experienced HRIS Manager (Workday) to own and optimize Workday across the People Team in our London office. You will shape the Workday roadmap, improve configurations and lead delivery, collaborating with IT, Finance and external consultants.

This 18–24 month fixed-term contract offers an opportunity to embed best practices, strengthen data governance, and develop internal capability within a global economics consultancy.
