Senior Remote Transmission Support Engineer

Penta Consulting is seeking a Level 3 Technical Support Specialist to remotely support our global telecom clients’ legacy Transmission infrastructure. You will serve as the most senior point of contact to resolve critical issues, coordinating with customer teams to ensure network availability.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of Technical Support experience with telco vendors and fluent English, with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to act as a trusted technical advisor
