Head of Health & Safety — Strategy & Culture Leader

Sense is seeking an experienced Head of Health and Safety to provide organisation-wide leadership for health and safety across the charity. You will report to the Chief Strategy and Governance Officer and lead the strategic direction and delivery for services, offices, retail outlets and other Sense locations.

You will balance technical expertise with people-focused leadership, advising senior leaders and trustees, building a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with UK legislation
