MEP Building Services Manager – Hybrid (Scotland)

Kier Group’s Scotland team is seeking a Building Services Manager to lead MEP delivery across multiple projects, from tender through commissioning. Based in Stepps/Dalkeith with hybrid working, you’ll provide technical expertise and work closely with design and delivery teams to ensure compliance, quality and successful handover.

The role requires a Mechanical or Electrical degree (or equivalent), SMSTS and CSCS, plus a full driving licence, and experience in main contracting environments
