Project Manager – Electrical

£60,000 + car allowance + package
We’re partnering with a leading Facilities & Construction business on an Electrical Project Management opportunity in the West Midlands.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join an existing team, delivering work into one of their key customers estates.
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager, ideally with a background in Design & Build projects, to deliver a range of Electrically biased works across multiple client sites in the Birmingham area.
Projects will typically range from £50k – £2million in value and will include M&E replacement, upgrade, fit out and refurbishment works across a range of commercial sites in the area.
The PM will be responsible for Projects from inception to completion, and will also be comfortable in picking up some minor mechanical and fabric works included within packages.
Responsibilities

- Managing multiple concurrent projects across a region.
Requirements
- HNC/HND or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
- SMSTS.
- CSCS.
- A strong understanding of CDM.
- Experience in Design & Build projects.
- Background in health & safety and contractor management.
Working details
- A typical working week will consist of a few days on different sites along with the use of the Birmingham based office.
