Head of E‑Commerce & Analytics

Quadient is seeking a strategic leader to propel e-commerce as a core revenue channel, owning revenue, customer acquisition, lifetime value and cost efficiency while delivering against quarterly targets. You will redefine the SMB path to digital-first, partnering with Sales to move customers toward self-service.

You will own the platform roadmap, collaborating with IT, MarTech and R&D to create a conversion-optimised experience that connects with back-end systems.
