De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in a busy hotel kitchen serving breakfast, conferences, restaurants and weddings.
You will lead the brigade during service, organise the team around events, manage stock, costs and waste, and mentor junior chefs to develop their skills; in the Head Chef’s absence you will uphold standards of food quality and hygiene.
