About L’Atelier Five :

We’re a multi Award-Winning design and production studio working across luxury Brand Activations, Flagship Interiors, Events, and Pop-Ups.

Our portfolio spans Luxury Retail, Hospitality, Global Brand physical store environments, and cultural projects. We work with brands like Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Hermès, Diageo, and L’Oréal.

We’re an ambitious studio! You will work closely with the Founder and Head of Design, and you’ll have genuine autonomy on complex projects from brief through to on-site installation and delivery.

The Role

You’ll own physical retail and brand environment projects end-to-end, taking each project from initial brief and scope through technical drawings, build production, logistics, installation and final handover. You’ll oversee every installation on site across international locations, ensuring the highest level of attention to detail.

You’ll manage project budgets typically ranging from £150k–£1.5m, coordinating multiple live projects across different stages of design, production and installation.

You’ll work directly with our creative and production teams, and you’ll know when decisions need escalation.

What you’ll own:

  • End-to-end physical project ownership: Own projects from brief and design development through technical production, procurement, fabrication, logistics, installation, snagging, and handover. Full responsibility for timelines, budgets, quality, and team coordination.
  • International logistics: Manage production partners globally. Source, brief, and oversee delivery.
  • Multiple concurrent projects: Comfortable juggling 4 to 6 live briefs with different scopes, stakeholders, and timelines.
  • Client relationships: Work with prestigious luxury brands. Understand their needs, communicate clearly, solve problems resourcefully.
  • Production quality: Know materials, technical drawings, processes, H&S procedures, and fire classifications (especially within GTR, Luxury department stores, and event environments).
  • Work collaboratively with leadership on strategic decisions : Understand when decisions need the Founder’s involvement. Manage that process professionally.
  • Team coordination: Work across London and Dubai. Brief designers, production, and suppliers. Manage expectations across time zones.

You’ll thrive here if:

  • You’ve managed large budgets on complex, multi-location projects in luxury retail, GTR, events, exhibitions, or brand activations.
  • You have real experience with production logistics: sourcing artisan partners, managing international timelines, quality control.
  • You understand retail and events H&S procedures, physical retail environments, and exhibition logistics (knowledge of travel retail is a plus).
  • You’re independent and resourceful: you solve problems without constant hand-holding.
  • You’re detail-oriented: materials, technical drawings, design accuracy, timelines, compliance all matter to you.
  • You can communicate clearly with designers, clients, makers, and suppliers.
  • You understand luxury sector standards: high expectations, perfectionism, discretion.
  • You speak French (valued for our European network; not required).
  • You’re genuinely curious about how things are made and how to make them beautifully.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years as Senior PM or Operations Lead managing multiple large projects in luxury retail, GTR, events, exhibitions, or brand activations. Experience must be in delivering physical activations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple international projects simultaneously
  • Experience sourcing and overseeing production partners across multiple geographies
  • Knowledge of retail FH&S procedures and international compliance
  • Understanding of materials, technical drawings, and production processes
  • Strong project management skills: timeline, budget, risk assessment, quality control, escalation
  • Self-directed: you problem-solve and own outcomes
  • Background in luxury brand activations, Operations, Luxury Retail, Events or Exhibition
  • Experience in global travel retail (airports, cruise, duty-free environments)
  • Retainer or ongoing account management (monthly contracts)
  • Track record with artisan or bespoke production networks

Salary & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: (based on experience)
  • Company mobile phone
  • Private medical insurance (after probation)
  • Discretionary end-of-year bonus based on project delivery and studio results
  • Clear opportunity to grow within the business. We develop people we value

The Culture

You’ll work with the Founder (strategic, client-facing), Head of Design (creative vision and onsite leadership), and our Dubai based Operation Director. It’s a hands-on environment: things move fast, problems get solved directly, and we hold ourselves to luxury standards. You’ll be trusted to represent LA5 internationally and make decisions on projects.

Above all, you’re curious, organised, genuinely passionate about craft and detail, and you care about getting things right.
