A highly regarded l500 ranked London law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Senior Associate or Associate Partner to join its established real estate team.

Acting for standard, HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices, investors, developers and businesses, you will handle a broad range of mid to high-value commercial property matters while playing an active role in the continued growth of the practice.

The Role

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Development and regeneration projects
• Portfolio management work
• Financing and refinancing transactions
• Strategic property advice for HNW and UHNW clients
• Business development and client relationship management

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with strong commercial property experience
• Operating at Senior Associate or Associate Partner level
• Excellent technical and commercial awareness
• Strong client relationship skills
• Experience acting for investors, developers or HNW/UHNW clients
• Existing following advantageous but not essential
