Senior Software Engineer, Quantum Systems Orchestration

Oxford Ionics, part of IonQ, is looking for a highly technical Senior Software Engineer to join our System Orchestration team in System Software. You will build and operate software that calibrates, schedules, and records quantum workloads across our fleet.

The role is hands-on and requires ownership of device controllers, robust services, observability improvements, and close collaboration with runtime, systems, and science teams. Previous quantum-system experience is not required.
