People First is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Deputy Head of IT in London to support the Head of IT, oversee IT operations, and drive infrastructure, applications and cybersecurity initiatives in a banking context.
You will partner with group IT, manage budgets and vendors, and mentor an IT team. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory awareness and excellent stakeholder communication. Office-based, immediate start preferred.
