Italian-Speaking Legal Counsel – Commercial SaaS Contracts

Dynatrace is seeking an Italian-speaking Legal Counsel aligned to the Commercial Contracts team. You will partner with Italy and UK Sales to structure, negotiate, and accelerate high-value enterprise SaaS agreements, including DPAs, NDAs, and partner arrangements.

You will craft, review, and negotiate software licensing and related services contracts, collaborating with sales, services, finance and other business units to support global growth.
