Hiddenwell is seeking a Group Talent Acquisition Lead to shape recruitment across our growing portfolio of spa and hotel destinations. You will partner with senior leaders to anticipate talent needs, craft pipelines and align hiring with our brand and guest experience.
You will own end-to-end recruitment from attraction through onboarding, build talent communities, and coach hiring managers. Travel to locations is expected as we expand the Hiddenwell family.
