Commercial Lead / Senior QS – Construction Management

Vincera Consulting Ltd is seeking a Fixed term Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead to own the commercial function on a Leeds project. The assignment runs circa 12 months with an ASAP start, and a hybrid pattern of 2–3 days on site, 1–2 days home and 1–2 days in the office.

You will lead commercial decisions, manage procurement, cost reporting and variations, and coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to keep the scheme on budget.
