The opportunity

Asour Group Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll take ownership of recruitmentacross the Hiddenwell group working alongside our Head of Talent & Culture,working closely with our senior leaders, Heads of Department and hiringmanagers across our destinations.

You’llbecome a trusted talent partner to the business — understanding our growthplans, anticipating our people requirements and developing creative ways tofind the talent we need.

You’lllead recruitment from attraction through to onboarding, ensuring everystage is professional, engaging and aligned to our brand.

You’llalso play an important role in supporting our new openings, developments and>growth plans, creating talent pipelines early and ensuring our properties>are equipped with brilliant people before they open their doors.

What you’ll lead

  • Recruitmenting across the Hiddenwell group, aligned to businessplans, budgets and future growth.
  • Partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to understandcurrent and future talent requirements.
  • Developing proactive recruitment strategies for critical andhard-to-fill roles.
  • Supporting new openings and property developments, buildingtalent pipelines and recruitment plans well ahead of launch.
  • Creating compelling job adverts and recruitment campaigns thatreflect the Hiddenwell brand.
  • Developing innovative and modern approaches to talent attractionacross multiple channels.
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and>future vacancies.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from attraction and>screening through to offer and onboarding.
  • Ensuring candidates receive a consistent, engaging and positive>experience throughout the process.
  • Supporting hiring managers with effective shortlisting,interviewing and selection.
  • Coaching interviewers and ensuring our selection processes arefair, robust and consistent.
  • Developing recruitment tools, processes and standards that enable>the business to recruit brilliantly and efficiently.
  • Managing and developing relationships with recruitment agencies and>other external talent partners.
  • Maintaining accurate records through our ATS and ensuring all>recruitment documentation is completed correctly.
  • Ensuring Right to Work checks, references and pre-employment>documentation are completed appropriately.
  • Delivering ATS training and support to Heads of Department and>hiring managers.
  • Analysing recruitment data, including vacancies, time to hire,sources, starters and leavers, and providing meaningful monthly reporting.
  • Using recruitment insight and data to continuously improve our>approach.
  • Keeping up to date with recruitment trends, talent attraction>techniques, employment legislation and best practice.
  • Maintaining your own professional development and CPD.
  • Ensuring recruitment activity consistently reflects Hiddenwell’s>values, employment standards and commitment to an exceptional people>experience.

You’rean experienced recruiter who is ready to take ownership of recruitment across agrowing hospitality group.

You’llideally have experience within hospitality, hotels, spa, leisure, retail oranother high-volume customer-focused environment, although we’re moreinterested in your ability to deliver exceptional talent outcomes than thesector on your CV.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in an internal recruitment, talent acquisitionor agency recruitment role.
  • Hospitality or another customer-focused sector experience would be>advantageous.
  • Experience managing recruitment campaigns across multipledepartments or locations.
  • Strong candidate attraction and sourcing capability.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritiessimultaneously.
  • High levels of confidentiality, professionalism and attention todetail.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and>hiring manager experience.
  • Recruitment qualification at Level 3 or 5, or REC equivalent, would>be advantageous.
  • A full UK driving licence, with flexibility to travel across>Hiddenwell destinations.
