Strategic Head of Finance | Path to Finance Director

Pro Talent is seeking a Head of Finance in Reading to partner with the Managing Director and drive forward-looking financial planning. You will lead a small team, own month-end, reporting, and the annual audit, and shape the finance function as the business scales.

You’ll transform Board packs with FP&A, KPIs and forward-looking insights, manage budgets and forecasts, and work with operational leaders to improve margins. A clear route to Finance Director in 12–18 months is planned.
