Clinical Lead, Community Mental Health Team

NHFT is seeking a 12-month Clinical Lead for the Wellingborough and East Northants CMHT. This role combines clinical leadership with strategic service development to improve outcomes for people with complex mental health needs.

You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, oversee day-to-day governance and quality monitoring, and contribute to safeguarding, policy implementation and workforce development within a proactive community mental health team.
