Location: Central LondonContract: Full Time, Permanent – Flexible and part-time hours available upon request.Please note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.
Your Responsibilities
- Providing commercial insights, including financial and contractual performance forecasts, to help exceed business targets and KPIs.
- Preparing monthly cost/value reports and collaborating with contract team members to analyze results and trends.
- Producing comprehensive commercial reports and reviewing outcomes with the team.
- Conducting physical measurements of works and reaching agreements with clients and subcontractors.
- Managing certification and payment of subcontractor accounts while monitoring them against forecasts.

What We’re Looking For
- Holder of a Full UK Driver’s Licence.
- Educated to Degree level or possess equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Confident IT skills, particularly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
