North & West London Area Manager – Multi-Site Growth

Wolseley Group’s Plumb Centre invites an experienced Area Manager to lead branch and sales teams across North and West London. You will translate regional objectives into operational and commercial plans and own area performance, including sales, margin, costs and P&L.

You will drive business development and coach circa 24 branches to deliver sustained growth. You will foster a high-performance culture, manage budgets and KPIs, and ensure outstanding customer service while strengthening market
