Law Firm Compliance Lead | Risk & Regulatory Advisor

Artis Recruitment is seeking an experienced Compliance Team Leader with law firm compliance experience based in the UK. You will own and elevate a high-performing function, protecting the firm, clients and reputation while guiding senior stakeholders.

You’ll lead a team of 12+ FTEs, embed regulatory requirements into everyday operations, advise partners and lawyers, monitor developments in AML, KYC, sanctions and risk, and shape the function from frontline leadership.
