Argos is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead store operations, manage shifts, and coach colleagues to deliver brilliant customer experiences. You will inspire the team, uphold high standards, and ensure a safe, compliant store environment.
In this role you’ll work with the team on the shop floor, organise the warehouse, handle deliveries, and step in for the Store Manager when needed, driving sales and profitability through strong leadership and day-to-day execution.
