You will build and manage broker relationships across the UK, focusing on bridging, refurbishment and developer exit lending, with buy-to-let to follow later in 2026.
You’ll operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, spend time in the field, present to senior stakeholders, and work with introducers to structure complex cases.
