Senior Town Planner — Lead Landmark UK Schemes (Hybrid)

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Town Planner to join as a senior member up to Technical Director in Leeds. The role covers feasibility through to applications, EIA and appeals, working with landowners, developers and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver commercially viable outcomes.

You will lead planning strategies, appraisals and documentation, manage timelines and budgets, and represent clients at negotiations and public consultations. A hybrid working model is available.
