Regional Director – Nurseries & Early Years (South West)

Family Adventures Group is seeking a Regional Director to lead 12 nurseries across the South West from a Weston-super-Mare base. You will own regional quality, people and commercial performance, shaping regional strategy with central teams and leading senior nursery managers.

The role requires extensive multi-site leadership in early years, strong EYFS knowledge, and a proven track record of delivering growth and high inspection outcomes.
