Senior Bid Writer – Construction & Civil Proposals

Adept Resourcing is seeking an experienced Bid Writer for the East Midlands to shape proposals and deliver clear client-facing documents and presentations. You will be part of a supportive team where cooperation, communication, and knowledge sharing drive strong bid outcomes.

The role covers leading bids, reviewing PQQs, planning submissions, researching for high-quality responses, and coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to develop technical content and present to clients.
